January 16th - I am grateful!
Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.

I try to express my gratitude often, and I make a list of 3 things every day that I count as blessings, things I am grateful for. There are of course many more than 3 things each day, little things that sometimes go by with out much notice.
Taking time to seek out those things is sometimes called mindfulness. We are mindful of our circumstances, our surroundings try to appreciate things more.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Each day I take a step forward by doing what I can the best I can. and remember that that with the good Lord’s help, anything is possible. Giving up limiting beliefs about what we can or cannot do, about what is possible or impossible.
The EXTRAORDINARY things happen nowhere else but in the everyday and today can always be the beginning.
Every day may not be a good one but there is something good to be found in every day. Let your dreams be bigger than your fears and your actions louder than your words. We have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all we have and all we will ever have.
Sometimes we take one step forward and one step back, but the important thing is to keep stepping forward!
If you concentrate on finding whatever is good in every situation, you will discover that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude, a feeling that nurtures the soul.
