Let's make it our goal to be present moment people. Let's practice gratitude, especially when worry tries to take over our hearts. Life will become simpler, easier and less cluttered.

August 18th - the worry cure
Why worry? Look at all the things we have and be happy.
Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given.
Gratitude has made such a big difference in my life. It seems to be the cure for many things and worry is one of them. If you are grateful for all you have in life, there is no room for worry.
We always have enough to be happy if we are enjoying what we do have--and not worrying about what we don't have.
Ken Keyes, Jr
If you make a habit of being thankful, you’ll never have to worry. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress.
There are two kinds of worries -- those you can do something about and those you can't. Don't spend any time on the latter.
