Chapter 4, Page 6, Book 16

Faith is like radar that sees through the fog -- the reality of things at a distance that the human eye cannot see.

Corrie ten Boom

April 6th - keeping the faith

The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.

Richard M. DeVos

In the scriptures we are taught that even a little faith, the size of a mustard seed, can dissolve seemingly difficult challenges. We are reminded that faith is more than just hoping for the best. It is an expectant, resilient attitude.

When times are down and not much is looking great, I often tell my family to ‘Keep the Faith’.  Nothing lasts forever and this too shall pass.

Faith is a curious thing. It must be renewed; it has its own spring.

 Gladys Taber

Keep the faith. The most amazing things in life tend to happen right at the moment you’re about to give up hope.  Faith in God, faith in yourself, faith in the future. Stay encouraged and be positive.  I do believe the antidote to despair is to keep the faith.

Remember:

The most valuable things in life are not measured in monetary terms. The really important things are not houses and lands, stocks and bonds, automobiles and real state, but friendships, trust, confidence, empathy, mercy, love and faith.

Bertrand Russell

It is sad that God is a last minute God and this reinforces it that usually when we are about to lose hope, that is when God steps in. Having faith in God does make it easier to go through life :)

I have a rule, "Hold ON". Like pilots trust radar, we too must trust something, so there is FAITH! Corrie Ten Boom was very insightful!

Inspirational words today. Love this one, "The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible." Richard M. DeVos
