Chapter 10, Page 3, Book 15

October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came,—
The Ashes, Oaks, and Maples,
And leaves of every name.
The sunshine spread a carpet,
And every thing was grand;
Miss Weather led the dancing;
Professor Wind, the band....
The sight was like a rainbow
New-fallen from the sky….

October 3rd - abundance of Love

Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.

Steve Maraboli

We are beginning to see an abundance of falling leaves on the ground here.  When the wind blows it reminds me of someone having a party.  Happily going to and fro, first one way and then another. And who doesn’t feel like having a party when they have an abundance of love in their lives.

To have an abundance of something is to have more than you need. It's often used to describe positive qualities, such as an abundance of love.  The abundant life is about abundant love and abundant giving.

Life in abundance comes only through great love.

Love begins with our thoughts. We become what we think about. Loving thoughts create loving experiences and loving relationships. If you want to receive love, all you have to do is give it! The more love you give, the more you will receive. Love is infinite; it is the force that flows through everything, everywhere.

If you want to have love in abundance, you must be committed to it, and that commitment will be reflected in your thoughts and actions.

Love is the one treasure that multiplies by division. It is the one gift that grows bigger the more you take from it. It is the one business in which it pays to be an absolute spendthrift. You can give it away, throw it away, empty your pockets, shake the basket, turn the glass upside down, and tomorrow you will have more than ever.

Encouraging words as always. I do love the fall colors, the yellows and orange causes me to SMELL pumpkins with candles on the inside. ;-) Love from Rainy NC.

What a wonderful concept ... how the more you give away, it returns time and again.
Your yellows and oranges make my heart smile so!

So true you must be committed to love if you want it in abundance. Like anything that is good, it does take work to keep it going.
