Chapter 10, Page 1, Book 15

The heart of Autumn must have broken here
And pour a treasure out upon the leaves

Charlotte Fiske Bates

October 1st - broken hearted

The world breaks everyone, and afterward, many are strong at the broken places.

  Ernest Hemingway

My heart has been broken more than once in my life and I do agree that broken hearts do mend stronger.  Stronger and wiser for sure.   Every relationship happens for a reason, to help us grow.

There is an old saying that says, That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger.  I’ve learned that it’s  the letting go and moving on is what makes us stronger and happier. When we are feeling hopeless, we need to know that better days are ahead of us.

It’s always better to be alone than to be in bad company.  True friendship is a promise made in the heart.  It’s often silent, unwritten, unbreakable by distance, and unchangeable by time.

Love means giving someone the chance to hurt you, but trusting them not to.  When you completely trust a person, without any doubt, you’ll automatically get one of two results – a FRIEND for life or a LESSON for life.

The one thing we should never let go of is hope.  Someday all the pieces will come together better and  stronger than the way they were before.

 REMEMBER:

God can mend all broken hearts. You just have to give him all the pieces.

Yes, when you LOVE you do open yourself for hurt, but most times you are rewarded by love in return. When we aren't, YOU SAID IT, we must move on!

LOve sent from a cool NC.

That is so true that we must let go and move on. Its a hard lesson to learn, but I think its one we learn as we get older and I think each time it gets a bit easier to let go and move on. It truly is healthier if we do so.
