For Chapter 8, Page 7, Book 15

Do not worry if you have built your castles in the air. They are where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

Henry David Thoreau

August 7th - love life

Some people care too much, I think it's called love.

 Winnie the Pooh

Our lives our no different than a well built house. The integrity of that house depends on the quality of its foundation. If the foundation is structurally in fault, then there can be serious problems with the house.

Just as we don’t like to devote time and money into a project and see it fail, we don’t like to see the ones we love fail either.  Matter of fact, when one of my loved ones fails, it hurts me almost as much as it does them.

Success means that we have to build our lives on a good foundation.  When you have a good foundation, hopes and dreams fail less and less.

The foundations of a person are not in matter but in spirit.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Building our own spiritual foundation requires hard work and patience. But it requires even more hard work and patience to help others build their own foundations.  When you make a supreme effort to love, care for, forgive, and have compassion for others, you not only build a firm foundation in your own life, you also help others build a firm foundation in their life.

Our character, embodied in the quality of love, must be built upon a firm foundation of faith

It’s never too late to build your foundation.

A foundation built on love and peace will never fail

So true on how to build our lives and relationships on a firm foundation and to make sure we don't allow cracks to come into that foundation, but for it to remain as solid as it can.
