Chapter 8, Page 3, Book 15

Laugh your heart out.
Dance in the rain.
Cherish the moment.
Ignore the pain.
Live - Laugh - Love
Forgive and forget.
Life is short
To be living with regrets.

August 3 - Love, The Pause That Refreshes

Love is the greatest refreshment in life.

Pablo Picasso

The love in our hearts refreshes and restores us.  Love is the only thing that can change the unchangeable. Love invigorates. Love revitalizes. Love renews. Love refreshes. Love is the most powerful force in the universe, because God is love.  Love heals what cannot otherwise be healed. Love uplifts. Love strengthens. Love energizes. Love empowers.

The love and laughter of dear friends lifts our spirit.  It’s a blessing to have people in my life that make me laugh my head off.  There’s no way to explain the joy of that refreshment. It’s beyond our understanding and worth a million bucks. There have many times I’ve had to face a challenge that looked too impossible to conquer or too outlandish to go through by myself, but believe me, you can trust the good Lord to send just the right friend your way to go through it with you.

Life is way to short.

Remember:  Love refreshes like water

Refreshing brings a heart connection between others and ourselves.

Laugh your heart out.
Dance in the rain.
Cherish the moment.
Ignore the pain.
Live - Laugh - Love
Forgive and forget.
Life is short
To be living with regrets.

I like the last line of the poem, to be living with no regrets. That is a great way to live! And so true how therapeutic a good laugh can be, especially when going through tough times.
