Chapter 3, Page 11, Book 15

March 11 - love stories

The story of a love is not important--what is important is that one is
capable of love.  It is perhaps the only glimpse we are permitted of eternity.

Helen Hayes

Every story is unique and each story, including yours and mine, is important.  My story wasn’t always a joyful one.  There were times in my life that my broken heart felt like it would never mend.  But this is our promise: Brokenness does not have to be the final chapter.

Every new dawn brings a fresh chance, it brings new hope; it sheds new light on old problems. A new chance for a new beginning again, we come to understand God by understanding ourselves; if we cannot understand God's creation. We can never understand God, remember that everything. In life is seasonal, the good times will come as the snow melts and the sunshine of spring will surely shine through.

 Kemmy Nola

A new chapter is being written every day in the countless pages of the broken.  Every day is a new beginning and love makes it possible.

You don't just have a story - you're a story in the making, and you never know what the next chapter's going to be. That's what makes it exciting.

Dan Millman

Accepting our story is one of the most difficult things to do. We spend so much time wanting to rip out old chapters. We go back and wonder how things would be if we did this instead of that. But we can't rip chapters out of a book and expect the story to still make sense,

We drown in our regrets.  But there is no refund. You can’t change it. It’s already been written.  If you keep looking behind, you won’t be able to see what’s in front.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

Carl Bard

I’m thankful that the dear Lord is writing a new chapter in my story as each new day begins.  Every day that we wake up, we can think of it, a new beginning.  What matters is not the first, but the last chapter of our lives which will show how well we ran the race. So smile, laugh, forgive, believe
and love all over again.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.

Proverbs 3:3-4

Remember:  Easter is the greatest love story ever told.

Good points made today. I like what Kemmy Nola said too, "Every new dawn brings a fresh chance, it brings new hope; it sheds new light on old problems." This happens so we can move forward.

I like the thought of we might want to get rid of chapters of our lives that we don't like, but they are all part of what makes us the people we are today. So true that each day is the beginning of a new chapter; we just have to remember to live like that!

It is good to be assured that every day, brings newness. The past is gone.

I do hide a chapter or two, but they are still there!!!
