Chapter 11, Page 6, Book 14

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

 Melody Beattie

There's an old saying that if you've forgotten the language of gratitude, you'll never be on speaking terms with happiness.

Gratitude helps us see our situation is a way that can lessen our anxiety, and could open up our thinking to new solutions.

Gratitude helps us realize what we have. This can lessen our need for wanting more all the time.

Today I’m thankful for:

2195. for a hot bowl of soup on a cold day

2196. for batteries that keep our smoke alarms working

2197. for surprise visitors

Our gratitude should have a lot of Latitude!!!
We are at a new park today. We are two spots over from friends from home. Sherry loves this because it is even a school mate..
Nice to visit while traveling.
