Chapter 7, Page 24, Book 14

Life is like a rainbow. You need both the sun and the rain to make its colors appear.

Just like the rainbow, my life is colorful, fun filled and never dull.  Life is beautiful like the colors of the rainbow.  Rainbows represent hope, renewal and inspiration.

Hope is one of those things we take for granted while we have it, but when life turns pear shaped, and our minds and hearts are encased in fear, we cherish it all the more.  And surely as the rain does stop, the rainbow comes out and reveals an ever present brightness that was always there. The rain always stops at some point. The troubles in our lives don’t continue forever.

Have faith in your dreams and someday your rainbow will come smiling through. No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep believing, the dream that you wish will come true

Life is like a rainbow and so is the human spirit!  Both filled with different colors.  Brilliant, calming, unusual and of course dark.  Friends can be like a rainbow too. Coming to your rescue after a storm and helping you to see the world is truly beautiful.  When I spot a rainbow in the sky, I always stop, and look, and reflect in awe at one of nature’s miracles.

Rainbows appear after mighty storms, when things look their worst. Just when the sky is darkest, out of heaven a rainbow appears and we see the colors of rainbow.  Whenever it rains and the sun shines, I hope to see this beautiful band of colors in the sky, and the sight of one never fails to cheer me up. Personally, I believe rainbows are a symbol of hope, and the meaning associated with each color adds more significance to this colorful band. There is red for courage, orange for vitality, yellow for justice, green for life, blue for perseverance, indigo for intuition, and pink for our new tomorrows.

Don't miss all the beautiful colors of the rainbow looking for that pot of gold.

I like the thought, Ma, that we both need the sun and the rain to make the colors come out. That is how it is with life. The good and the bad, but it works all together in the long run if we just keep looking towards God and trusting in him.

The same thought hit me that Betty expressed about the rain and sun.
That was going to be my comment, glad t know it hit someone else the same.
Oh yes, one of God's greatest reminders, I too love to stop and contemplate the colors and meaning.
Love it.

I didn't realize what the colors of the rainbow signified. Good to know, for sure.
