Chapter 7, Page 20, Book 14

Life is like a party. You invite a lot of people; some go, some join you, some laugh with you, some didn’t come. But in the end, after the fun, there would be a few who would clean up the mess with you. And most of the time, those were the uninvited ones.

I do believe that we should celebrate every day and when you’re celebrating, you have a party!  One thing I know for sure is that you need people in your life in order to celebrate.  The only party I know of that one has by themselves and that’s a pity party and believe me those parties are not much fun at all.

You invite a lot of people into your life. Every day we meet new people and become friends.  Or maybe it is your family, parents, sibling, cousin or aunts or uncles.

Some are fun to laugh with when you need that in your life.  Makes you happy on a cloudy day.  Then you have those that you thought maybe you could count on that forget to even show up.  Most of the time when you need them the most.

Life is for celebrating when you have the right people and the right attitude.   This is why it is so important to pick the people you want in your life that can help you shoot higher, laugh louder and look forward to tomorrow.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

Not all parties are good ones.   Have you ever had a party where the food just didn’t turn out the way you wanted it too?  That is like inviting the wrong people to the party, negative people are like a party crasher.  It’s when you get the right party goers coming to your life party, that the fun begins.

Life's a party. Invite yourself.

So, so true! Too often I've wasted time fretting over those who showed they couldn't be counted on -- and in doing so, forgot to celebrate the 'keepers.'

I like the quote "life's a party, invite yourself." I definitely have had my share of pity parties; I rather try to have more fun parties in the days ahead :)

Oh yes the right people make the RIGHT party. Life is good that way. We are a little cool in the Catskills, for one more day.

Sometimes you can't find the right people to count on, so you have to count on yourself. Other times you can.
