Chapter 7, Page 15, Book 14

Sometimes life is like a dark tunnel. Though you can not always see the light at the end, if you keep going you will eventually get to a better place.
Jeffrey Fry

I’m one who likes to think that there is always a light at the end of tunnel no matter what you’re going through.  I am ever the optimist when it comes to getting through tough situations.  Thanks to a lot of help from the good Lord, I’ve been through a lot of them and come through a survivor.

In our life it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when we become filled with doubt and frustration, but we must have faith, for the light at the end of the tunnel gets brighter, the more positive you are about a solution.  Have hope and faith that you can come through the most difficult of situations.

If you say you can’t, you won’t. If you say you can, you will. It’s really that simple. The secret is to stop looking at limitations as roadblocks. Instead, see all the opportunities life offers. Embrace them with the belief that you deserve them just as much as anybody. The truth is, you do.

The light at the end of the tunnel is not an illusion. The tunnel is.

One thing in life is certain, nothing ever stays the same.  Everything changes day by day.  One day might be dark, but the next one maybe bright.  And even though the day may not be a good one, there is something good to be found in every day.  Your hope is your light. As long as you have hope kindled in your heart, your life will have light enough and you will get through all the darkness. The light of hope, the light of faith, the light of love does not only light your life, but all others that are around you.

The pessimist sees only the tunnel; the optimist sees the light at the end of the tunnel; the realist sees the tunnel and the light - and the next tunnel.

Sydney Harris

Another good one, Ma, with life being like a tunnel. So true there is always light at the end of the tunnel and all tunnels do eventually end. I have come to learn and to say "this too will pass" when going through a tough time.

And of course you are always a source of optimism. Right as usual, life has taught us older folk well, if we have learned, that is a blessing, if we have ignored the teaching, our great loss and we stay in the dark, frustrated.
Love ya, Rain here in NY, but the sun WILL shine.

As long as you have hope nothing is impossible.
