Chapter 5, Page 28, Book 14

A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love.

Mother Teresa

Day 39 of 50: Be joyful. Christ is risen! Approach all things during the coming weeks with a spirit of gratitude and joy.

JOY is contagious!

I love how a picture freezes a moment in time. How wonderful if we could make the moments themselves last, but we can’t.  Most all of the pictures I take are of JOYFILLED times.  From the flowers to the grandchildren, all of the are of happy times. Today's picture is of one of my little granddaughters this past weekend.

As long as we hold bad feelings in our hearts, we are not free to savor Easter joy  When we let go of all of our the negative things, the we truly have Easter Joy in our hearts for all the 50 days of Easter and beyond.

One article I read said that if you feel as if you could use more joy, try this:

Spend time daily doing something you enjoy.

Do those things that bring inner peace.

Learn to laugh heartily and frequently.

Cultivate an attitude of hope.

Fill each day with as much love as it can possibly hold.

Approach today with clear eyes and a full heart

Today I’m thankful for:

1709.  for a good juicy burger with a toasted bun
1710.  for the joy found in watching children play
1711.  for extended families that make even more good times to enjoy!

Even if happiness forgets you a little bit, never completely forget about it.

Excellent thought, it may be an old one, I do not know, but it sure defines a picture. This one is a beauty...
