Chapter 10, Page 25, Book 13

The difference between a helping hand and an outstretched palm is a twist of the wrist.

Laurence Leamer

Using our hands and feet…

Use your eyes to be on the lookout for anyone who needs encouragement.

Use your tongue to speak words of kindness.

Use your hands and arms to embrace someone who is feeling alone or overwhelmed.

Use your feet to offer quick assistance with any problems you run across.

Offer your ears if someone needs to vent about a problem.

Most important, offer your mind to understand the best way you can help the people around you.

Remember, we all stumble, every one of us.  That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand.

I liked this Ma with what to use. All parts of our body can be used to encourage and help others!

I love this:
The difference between a helping hand and an outstretched palm is a twist of the wrist.

And it's easy to remember.
