Chapter 7, Page 24, Book 13

Nobody grows old merely by living a number of years.  We grow old by deserting our ideals.  Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.

Samuel Ullman

Specially blended for longevity…

There is a wonder to life. Pursue it. Hunt for it. Don’t listen to the whines of those who’ve settled for a second rate life and want you to do the same so they won’t feel guilty. Your goal is not to live long…it’s to live!

Max Lucado

Isn’t it true that we all desire to be fully alive? We want to live each day knowing that our lives have meaning and purpose.  A full life cannot be measured by the quantity but rather by the quality. Living a meaningful, passionate life has nothing to do with its length and everything to do with its width. It's often called quality time!   Life events you want to experience and values you want to embody.

Life is full of routines like sleeping, eating and working with occasional landmarks such as marriage, birth and death. These and all the moments in between are what make up our lives.  It's up to us to choose how we want to spend them, to live life fully and live life as God meant for us to live.

Seasons and years come and go.  We are living longer but not necessarily better.  We can only live the full life when we live fully in the moment

It's important to have a twinkle in your wrinkle.

A routine seems to work out best for me these days, but I don't like being stuck in it. I try to live each day to its fullest. I prefer to live better now than live longer. Blessings

I cannot concentrate, I am getting pop-ups about every 10 seconds. I did get to read. Best from Wyoming...

Routines are easy to fall into but hard to break. Love the twinkle quote.
