Chapter 1, Page 15, Book 13

I realize there’s something incredibly honest about trees in winter,
how they’re experts at letting things go.

Jeffrey McDaniel

There is  a lot of power in letting go.  It relieves so much stress in our lives when we can just forget and forgive.

Letting go doesn't mean that we necessary agree with something, but it means we won't be holding grudges about them.  Life is so short to waste it by demeaning thoughts.

Sometimes it isn't others we need to forgive, sometimes we need to stop blaming ourselves for something and let go of any blame we mistakenly thought was ours.

one of the hardest things for me to do is to "let go". I tend to bottle things up inside me and let them "fester". Had a long talk with God and asked Him to help me learn to let go. Blessings

Great advice. Sometimes humans are too prone to hold something damaging close to their chest. We do it to our own hurt, as you said.

I'm learning to let go quicker these days; it is so much better for us to do so, but sometimes the hardest thing to do!
