I'm thankful that we can show our feelings positively and think on good things throughout the day to get things done.
Without your mind you would have nothing. Appreciate that your mind is a big part of your happiness, and your life. It holds your thoughts, opinions, memories and emotions within it, without those things you would be a walking shell of the person you are today.
