Chapter 10, Page 17, Book 12
There are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from.
Nobody likes making mistakes. But, unless you want to go through life as a complete recluse, you are guaranteed to make one every now and them. If you learn from mistakes correctly, they can propell will you forward.
The best among us still make them frequently.
If a driver makes a mistake, it’s an accident
If a teacher makes a mistake, it’s a new theory
If a barber makes a mistake, it’s a new hair style
It seems sometimes that we have so many opportunities to mess up in life
The important thing is to view mistakes as a useful stepping stone to a higher reality and better outlook on life.
Tom Bodett, once said, The difference between school and life? In school you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson. With the right attitude, with the right motivation, we can take those mistakes in life and turn them into little miracles that we can be proud of.
I always like to think it is the good Lord's way of keeping me humble.
