Chapter 8, Page 8, Book 12

A little story to start the day...

A shipwrecked sailor was alone on a desert island for several years. To his great relief, he spied a ship on the horizon. He built a great bonfire to catch the crew's attention. Soon the ship was dropping anchor off the little island and a small rescue boat was lowered into the water.

One solitary crewman was in the rescue boat. He was carrying an armful of newspapers. Read these, he said to the sailor, and decide whether you want to be rescued.

WONDERFUL Wednesday, wonderful life.
According to recent statistics, I will make obout 5,000 decisions today. Seriously?
Well, I made a decision to get out of bed.  Which clothes to wear.  Whether the plants needed watering or if they could wait another day.
Our days are full of decisions which means our days are full of opportunities to make a good choices.

I hear a lot of people always talking about big decisions that change their lives but what about small decisions?

There are so many decisions that I thought were small in my life that when I look back now they led me to where I am today. We can’t go from big decision to big decision. We have to go from little decision to little decision that leads us to the bigger decisions.

Little decisions make a big difference..

I've decided to be happy today.

Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day

Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!  Life is good!

I didn't realize we made 5000 decisions a day. And I think the big decisions are easier then the little. And I think the little ones - each one like you say has a choice - every reaction we have is a choice too!
