Chapter 5, Page 6, Book 12

The time to relax is when you don't have time for it.

Attributed to both Jim Goodwin and Sydney J. Harris

How wonderful it is to have a day of the week that is universally recognized as a day to sit back, relax, and recharge!
Whether you’re planning your Sunday brunch, taking a Sunday drive, staring at the walls, visiting friends and relatives or watching Sunday morning news shows, chances are you have your own Sunday ritual.
I've been resting and relaxing more than a few days this week, but the new week ahead will bring much to do.  Best I get my R and R time while I still can.  It's not that I haven't been doing anything at all here and the days here at the camper this week have flown by.
This is my wish for you today;  do whatever you feel like, whenever you feel like doing it or not. Just be okay with your choice!

Rest your body
Recharge your emotions
Refocus your Spirit
Decide what is really important.

Resting on a Sunday reminds us why we work all week.

Make a choice:  Rest, Relax and Rejoice

As ever you all are in my thoughts and prayers!
Have a wonderful day of that great R and R!

I like that, Ma, make a choice, rest, relax and rejoice. Sundays indeed are a great day to do those; and reflect too :)

Good stuff lady. I love the opening quote by Goodwin or Harris. I'll chose Harris since that is Sherry's maiden name.

That one is tough to do, but makes sense.
Hope your Sunday is GREAT!!!!

I never thought about that the time you need to relax the most is the time you need it the most. True.

REST, RELAX and REJOICE. Words of wisdom, for sure, even in their simplicity. If you don't allow yourself to unwind , you pay for it later. ENJOY your camper time. take care.

Had a lovely day with a blogger buddy and her husband. A walk along the beach -- what a treat! -- and a fun lunch. I'm a lucky gal to know such nice blog buddies. Have a great week.
