Chapter 6, Page 20, Book 11

Don't forget to take your medicine today.
This is one prescription you won't want to forget to refill!

MERRY MONDAY

Did you know that the average child laughs 400 times a day, while the average woman laughs only 15 times per day? If laughter seems like a distance memory, then it’s time the child inside came out to play.

In reality, you have so much more to enjoy than the child you used to be – and so many more reasons to laugh. You have that vast library of memories to be brought out and explored with years of joy, adventure and smiles.

There are mistakes filed away which are all good reason for laughter. There’s the accumulation of friendship that is full of hugs, love and good times. There’s that treasure chest of experience to be dipped into and so much more meant to bring a chuckle!

And finally, never to be overlooked, there’s that secret inner deposit of excitement, wonder, enthusiasm and confidence in all the good times yet to come!

Laughter is the best medicine.

As always I am trying to make this Monday a happy one! I hope today is one filled with a little of that good medicine for you too!

'On Ya'-ma

that is a good Monday resolution, Ma! That ties in with what the pastor talked about at church yesterday with faith and having faith that God is working and has a great plan for our lives if we have faith in him!

Laughter is always the best medicine indeed! I think when we are hurting the most is when we need to make sure we have something to laugh about; that's why I'm glad God gave us Koda in this family, he sure makes us laugh often :)

enjoy Monday!
