Chapter 1, Page 17, Book 11

Blessed are those who know how to laugh at themselves: they will never be finished of having fun.

Blessed are those who can distinguish a mountain from a molehill: they will be well spared of hassle.

Blessed are those who know how to listen: they will learn lots of new things.

Blessed are those who are attentive to the needs of others and yet do not think themselves indispensable: they will casue faith to grow.

Happy are you who can look at little things seriously and at serious things peacefully: you will go far in life.

Happy are you if you can admire a smile and forget a sour face: your path will be bright.

Happy are you if you can be silent and smile even when somone interrupts you or when someone steps on your toes: the Gospel is starting to penetrate your heart.

Blessed above all are you who can recognise the Lord in everyone you encounter: you have found true light, you have found real wisdom.

It is MERRY Monday and I do feel blessed today. Another new day and a new week ahead full of promise and hope for us all.

After another round of wintery blasts and another promised this week, there is hope ahead. The weatherman here said that by the end of the month we may just be back to normal temps. Those normal temps will be much warmer than we have been in a good long time.

Take good care all ! Remember to eat your oranges!
We all need that extra C this time of year and the D too.

I hope your Monday is a MERRY one!

We are getting some more snow. We've had more snow this year than we've had in a few years. I so enjoyed reading your "blessed" thoughts. Wonderful as always. Hugs
