Nourish your mind and spirit on a continuous basis by feeding your mind with inspirational books/CDs.
Lighten-up and laugh more often.
Reach out to someone without being asked or expecting something in return.
Give a compliment to someone to whom you may have never complimented before.
Take a baby step or a giant step towards one of your goals and celebrate. Every step counts!
Practice patience and understanding. Just count to 10 or pause before reacting.
Take a break, even if only for 10 minutes and do something special for yourself.
Make a list of at least 5 things you are grateful for today.
