Chapter 8, Page 3, Book 10

Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.

Oscar Wilde

It's terrific Tuesday. We all made it through Monday so it must be a terrific day!
Today I'm feeling rich. Rich in all the things money cannot buy that is. I'm thinking about those things that don't cost a cent but are so valuable you'd never let them go.

People can be rich yet poor. Externally a man may appear to be rich but internally he may be poor. This is a common thing in the world.

Some may have all the money needed for a bed - but can't sleep.
They can buy books - but not intelligence.
They can buy food - but not appetite.
They can buy nice clothes and jewelry - but not beauty.
They can buy a house - but not a home.
They can buy medicine - but not health.
They can buy fun - but not happiness

They say that three fourths of adults report feelings of stress about money. It’s hard to find true happiness with this type of stress. There is very little stress in my life and lots and lots of happiness. You just have to look in your heart to find the true treasures in life.

I hope that your day brings you nothing but plentiful treasures of the heart and happiness.

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone

But as long as you have your health and people to love you, lis what matters most.

Beautiful entry, and yes up here in Wisconsin, we have a lot to be thankful for.
No matter where we are, we have so much; so much that in our souls is stored, and thank goodness, we can always have it.
