Chapter 3, Page 24, Book 10

Living a life of grace can be compared to dancing gracefully.

Graceful people are always easy to identify but grace itself difficult to define. The word grace has many meanings, including beauty, elegance, charm, mercy, flow, harmony, and divine love

When a person lives in alliance with reality rather than struggles with illusions they are living in a state of grace. When you are in balance, you are in grace. Grace is unconditional love

The word grace comes from the Latin root, gratia, which means pleasing and is also the root of the word gratitude. Grace is the gift.

Like a ballerina, a person has grace if he or she possesses strength. As a spiritual strength, grace allows a person to realize their convictions, to do the right thing, even when it is difficult to do so.

Dancers have an awareness of their body which enables them to move gracefully. Focusing on strength, flexibility and form, without awareness

No matter what our age is, grace is always present and available to everyone regardless of age. A dancer can ,despite her age or perhaps even despite her life style and health choices. moves with the ease of someone much younger.

I do hope your Wednesday is a wonderful one!

Oh your entry is making me think of Kate Gosselin on the dance floor in Dancing with the stars. lol I think she had grace but maybe not the flexibility. She looked pretty though. I know that is not your point but you know how my silly head works. lol

Have a great day! Thanks for praying for me and my "visits" over the next couple of days.
